Cottage in Deal Description
Attractive one bedroomed beamed cottage in centre of Deal. The comfortable accommodation includes a sitting room with beamed ceiling incorporation a dining area with servery from kitchen. The newly fitted kitchen has adequate storage, washing machine, condensing dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob + microwave oven. Open plan stairs from the sitting room lead to a double bedroom and en suite shower room both with vaulted and beamed ceilings.
Electric heating by wall hung radiators throughout.

30% deposit on booking balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Bookings made with less than six weeks before the holiday require full payment at the time of booking.
We are pleased to accept cheques direct to us.

Guests are requested to leave on day of departure by 10am, and to arrive on day of arrival after 4pm.
A deposit of £150 is requested - in cheque form- which will be returned after the property has been checked for damage or breakages, following the departure of guests.
