Period seafront house with lots of original features including inglenook fireplaces, beams, exposed brickwork and old pine. Designed with an open plan theme, all levels of the house have magnificent sea views and overlooks Deal pier.

The accommodation is comfortable and consists of a large sitting room, incorporating a dining area and a servery to the bespoke kitchen. From the kitchen are double doors to the French style courtyard and to the al fresco dining area. From the upper floor windows it is possible to see the coastline of France on a clear day.

From the courtyard there are steps leading up to the sun deck, where the main bedroom and first floor can also be accessed, the main staircase being internal. The king size bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Also on the first floor is a second sitting room which faces the sea and the pier. On the second floor, the two bedrooms have a centrally sited shower room. The rear bedroom has two single beds and views over the rooftops, and the front bedroom, facing the sea, has a double bed.

Kent is blessed with a mild climate and low rainfall. It is known as the Garden of England and is renowned for orchards, hops, and vineyards. The surrounding area to Deal has many beautiful and historic villages and towns. The seaside towns of Whitstable, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate are within 30 minutes drive or rail journey as is Canterbury. There are many castles to explore including Leeds Castle and the nearby castles of Deal, Sandown, Walmer and Dover.

Start day for bookings is Saturday.
30% deposit on booking - Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Bookings made with less than six weeks before the holiday require full payment at time of booking
We are pleased to accept cheques direct to us.

A deposit of £200 is requested, in cheque form, which will be returned after the property has been checked for damage or breakages following the departure of guests.

GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO ARRIVE AT 4 P.M. AND TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY 10 A.M. ON DAY OF DEPARTURE.

Primrose Cottage - also advertised on this site - is attached to the rear of Beach Cottage and would sleep 2 further people, should extra accommodation be required.
